Stores and store settings
Add more stores, what each store tab is for, store languages and deleting a store.
Everything that configures one store lives on that store's pages: open Stores and click Open.
Adding a store
On Stores, use Add store (Owners and Admins). The fields are the same as during sign-up:

| Platform | Adobe Commerce / Magento, or Shopify (Shopify stores are added by installing the app) |
| Store URL | Starts with http or https |
| Allowed domains for the widget | Comma-separated host names, up to 20, e.g. shop.example.com, www.shop.example.com |
| Default language | The fallback language of the widget and Kalfa AI |
| Time zone | Used for business hours; change it later on Store → Widget |
The number of stores you can add depends on your plan.
The store tabs

The Channels tab appears once WhatsApp is enabled for your organization.
Deleting a store
On the Overview tab, Owners and Admins can delete a store. Type the store's name and click Delete store permanently.
- Removed: conversations and messages, visitors, knowledge sources and uploaded documents, widget and AI settings, saved replies, WhatsApp connection and connection credentials.
- Kept: billing and usage records, AI cost records, daily totals, order attribution and the audit log.
This cannot be undone. A Shopify app stays installed until you uninstall it in Shopify.
