Playground
Test Kalfa AI as a customer with your live data and current settings, without affecting your plan or analytics.
Store → Playground lets you chat with Kalfa AI as if you were a customer, using the store's live data and current settings. Owners and Admins can use it.
- Click New test chat, type a message and click Send.
- The panel shows the conversation's live state: status, who handles it and the topic.
- Verification codes appear on screen ("Verification code for this test chat") instead of being emailed, so you can test order questions with real order numbers.
- Test chats do not count towards your plan, are excluded from analytics and the Inbox, and are deleted after 7 days.
- Five test chats with an answer complete the "Tested in the Playground" check of the Go-live checklist.
What to test: your most common questions (returns, delivery times), an order status question with a real order number and email, a product question, a question your knowledge does not cover (Kalfa AI should hand over), and asking for a person.
