The dashboard home — what needs your team now, last week's results, unanswered questions and your plan usage.

Overview is the first page after sign-in.

Open inbox — straight to your conversations.
Go-live banner — for every store whose Go-live checklist is incomplete.
Needs attention — the number of conversations Waiting, Assigned and AI handling; each card opens that Inbox tab.
Last 7 days (Owners and Admins) — conversations, Kalfa AI resolution rate, conversations handed to your team, and median first response. All analytics → opens Analytics.
Questions your assistant could not answer — the five most asked in the last 30 days, each with an Answer link. See Knowledge sources.
Plan and access — your plan and role, and Manage billing → for the Owner.
Plan limits and usage — each plan feature with its limit (Included, Not included, Unlimited or a number) and what you have used.
