Let Kalfa AI draft replies for your team in conversations a person handles — "Draft with Kalfa".
Kalfa AI Copilot helps your team in conversations that a person handles (after a handoff or a takeover).
- Click Draft with Kalfa in the reply card. Kalfa AI writes a reply from the conversation, your store knowledge and the verified order data.
- The draft appears as Kalfa draft for you (not sent). Review and edit it, then send it as your reply.
- If the draft answers a policy question without a knowledge source, you see a warning: check it before sending.
Copilot drafts do not count towards your plan's Kalfa AI resolutions.
Availability: included in Pro and Business (and partner plans). On Growth it can be added on request. Without it the button reads "Draft with Kalfa (not in your plan)".
