Plans and billing
Plans, what an AI resolution is, overage and spending caps, free trials, changing plans and flagging resolutions.
The Billing page shows your plan, usage and payment settings. Owners and Admins can see it; only the Owner can change the plan, payment or overage.
Plans
At the time of writing (monthly, GBP, excluding VAT — the Billing page and arasta.io/pricing show the current list):

Every plan includes the website chat, the WhatsApp channel, shadow mode, the Playground, the Inbox and analytics. Pro and Business add Kalfa AI Copilot and removing the "Powered by" line. Extra seats can be added to card-paid plans.
Payment: Magento stores pay by card (Stripe); Shopify stores pay through Shopify Billing at the same prices.
What counts as an AI resolution
A conversation Kalfa AI handled on its own — no team message, no handoff — that was not reopened within 48 hours. It is Pending (48 h) first and becomes Billable 48 hours after it ends. Conversations your team handled, Copilot drafts and Playground chats never count. WhatsApp conversations count exactly like website conversations.
Flag a resolution within 30 days if it was not really resolved: give a reason and it is removed from your usage; any overage charge is credited.
When the allowance is used up

Free trial
When offered, Start free trial gives the Starter plan for a number of days with a limited number of Kalfa AI sessions and resolutions — no card needed, one trial per organization. The trial ends when the date passes or a limit is reached. Your team keeps answering in the Inbox afterwards; choose a plan to switch Kalfa AI back on.
Changing plan and payment
- Card: Manage payment and invoices opens the Stripe customer portal — change plan (prorated, effective at once), update the card, download invoices or cancel at the end of the period.
- Shopify: Manage subscription in Shopify admin; approving a new plan replaces the current subscription.
Limit changes apply immediately. Downgrades apply the smaller allowance from the next period.
